I had my highlight done today at this salon with Chelsea and I was very, very unhappy, and even worse, after my protest, they treated me very badly and did not try to please me at all. I paid two hundred pounds, but I was not at all unhappy, and never this. I do not recommend the salon to others.

I got my hair color done by Olivia today. Absolutely loved her work, she's skilled, meticulous and so nice. She took good care of my hair and gave me advice on how to maintain my hair color. She's amazing!!!! And absolutely in love with her work!

Amazing experience with Amy today. She’s such a brilliant stylist and wonderful person. She listened to what I wanted while also being considerate of my hair’s condition and needs, taking me from a very grown out brassy blonde to a beautiful, buttery blonde - and all without compromising the integrity of my hair! Learned so much from her about styling and hair care, will absolutely be back <3

Had the most experience today! What a fantastic salon & the atmosphere is the best I’ve ever been in big shout out to the amazing staff who go above and beyond and check in with you every step of the way what you want and what there doing!! And massive massive thank you to the amazing Koral who gave me exactly what I wanted can’t wait to come back & thanks to Rachel and Charlotte for helping her! Can’t recommend #BLOW enough.

I was recommended to come to this salon before my sisters wedding on Saturday. I made my appointment in plenty time to be sure I got in here because they were supposed to be exceptionally good. I had to travel over 100 miles for my sisters wedding, this was a huge occasion for us all. I turned up for my appointment on time, spot on actually and a lovely young girl came to do my hair. What a disaster!!! I said I wanted loose curls on my long brown hair. She blow dried it straight and curled it with straighteners, basically what I do at home! I could have done a better job myself. Maybe it’s because I’m not a regular client that I was just given to the young girl to practice on, it totally ruined my day, my hair felt like straw she had used so much hairspray in attempt to keep in the curls that dropped out 10 minutes after I left the salon. Huge disappointment, my sister said I thought you were getting your hair done? Yeah, so did I. What a let down!!

Ashleigh was amazing! I would and will be recommending to everyone! Thank you for taking care of me. Everyone was so lovely and made me feel really welcome! Sharon xx
