These guys safe the day, when Halfords let me down last minute! Will be using them for a long time now. Not only did they safe the day by fitting my car in last minute for a mot but they was kind, respectful and understanding.

Thank you Adam, I appreciate. Following the change of a tyre that was in great condition on my car having been changed. The error was only picked u today when I called Mercedes out. Protyre apologised and sorted the error.

Last year I ordered a tyre to be fitted by Protyre,was told to bring the car down first thing in the morning. When I arrived I was informed the tyre wasn't there and they don't know what time it will arrive so I ended up cancelling the order as I needed the car for work. Several months later I tried their free safety check for a noise I couldn't figure out which they couldn't either however they gave me a quote for £400 for new brakes and tyres saying they need to be done when the tyres were still on 4mm which is not even half way through their life span and the tyre quotes were about £35 a tyre more expensive then other garages for the same tyre,needless to say it passed its MOT 6 months later with those same tyres and I have got another 15 000 miles from those tyres that I am replacing now. Lastly I bought tyres from Asda tyres and chose them as my fitting centre,they had a weeks notice and I was given a time slot,took the car down yesterday and surprise surprise they said they were too busy and I would have to leave the car with them for the day and they would get to it when they can,their excuse was they are short staffed which was the same excuse last year when I asked why they couldn't pick up the phone to let me know the tyre hadn't arrived and also as other reviews they said they get a notification from Asda about the order but it doesn't get automatically added to their diary...well the appointment was booked a week in advance so if a staff member used some common sense and added it themselves then this could of been avoided. I won't touch Protyre with a barge pole in the future,screwed up my whole morning trying to move stuff around and get hold of Asda to move the fitting to a different garage as when Asda tried phoning them to make sure no tyres were fitted no one was answering the phone.

Dissapointingly having to write a negative review after many years of using this company and spending on average £500 a month. \we are trade buyers who yesterday had 4 new tyres fitted on a sold car. Upon driving to deliver the car a tyre went flat and upon inspection at a tyre bay close to the customer it was pointed out the tyre had been incorrectly fitted in the wrong direction and had not been sealed properly ( see pictures ). Upon returning the tyre to Pro tyre I was told by Adam they were not prepared to do anything as it was my word against their's.I hope they only managed to fit 1 tyre so poorly !!!

Couldn't have been happier the team was fantastic. Was even better when they take the time to explain and show you. Highly recommended always my go to thank you again for job well done

Unprofessional staff! They are very agresive when a customer don’t agree with their work . Recently they tried to scam a friend who did the MOT with them . Tried to charge 300£ for a simple job who was done with just 50£ on another garage. Be careful with them ! I don’t recommend!
