Highly recommend! I needed to replace an old air source heat pump which had packed up during the pandemic. The quote was competitive, but it was the service that made the biggest difference - it was second to none. They are reliable which from my experience with similar companies in Cornwall this is a rarity!

Fantastic to get our Air Source Heat Pump installed and working well in our dorma bungalow. Warm and economical - especially combined with our solar panels. So good our parents and a friend are getting their done by GreenGenUK too!

We are very happy with the work GreenGenUK did for us. We found all their staff to be very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We were given an install date and the team arrived on that day. During the installation one of the engineers noticed a problem with one of the major components, a replacement was quickly sourced and the team completed the work on time. I would have no hesitation in recommending GreenGenUK.

Disappointed with initial response to enquiry. Repeatedly asked to fill in an extensive survey which I'd really expect to be carried out as part of the quotation process. No advice at all available. I was told adjustments to the scheme would be easy but management criticised me for taking them up on the opportunity for flexibility.Once they bother to engage, staff are knowledgeable, helpful and flexible.There's a real management problem in that nobody within the business communicates effectively, leaving the customer utterly frustrated.My heat pump had to be installed before we were ready as admin had applied too early for the BUS voucher despite my explaining the timescale.I've been asked to pay for incomplete work. Still no idea where we stand with this, another reflection on inadequate communication.As part of works an electrician wired a thermostat to a light switch and left a live wire elsewhere. The chap who installed the radiators wrote in indelible marker on two bedroom walls after being specifically told the rooms were not being redecorated.There's no way I could recommend this company to anyone.After leaving my review I was contacted by a manager who is in complete denial, really dreadful way to treat a customer. This review has been repeatedly updated because I was promised solutions to problems raised but over-all actions have failed to meet promises.

This was an extremely complicated installation and the final phase for GreenGen to thread the new installation into an old Listed Building was seamless. Moreover post completion queries were dealt with promptly and efficiently. No more worries about oil deliveries and the spin off of having a pressurised shower is fantastic.

Green Gen have provided a really good service since the very first phone call. They were quick to respond to questions and fitted our installation in surprisingly quickly. The engineers who fitted our heat pump were quick and took the time to explain how to use the new system. I was also impressed at Green Gen’s handover pack and help provided with applying for RHI credits. Overall a good experience.

I found the team of installers excellent, respectful and tidy. The team was friendly and informative on progress of the work. A big well done to them. The only slight problem I had was lack of information about installation after paying the first lot of money. This was quickly sorted after a couple of phone calls. On the whole a first class job done.

We had an air source heat pump installed in our granite built, old, Cornish house this summer (2021). The installation went well, and all the preliminary discussions about how to install it were really helpful and thoughtful. The resulting system works well for us. Greengen have always been responsive to our questions, before and after installation, and have come out to visit us when needed. I recommend the system, and Greengen as installers.
