This company is good for nothing neither to their cx or to their employees.

Please be aware that this company has been taken over by the giant - Avanti and they don’t receive particularly good press. My LPG gas price was increased significantly even though I was still under the two year contract. When I read the contract in detail basically it allows them to increase the LPG price in the second year of the contract by as much as they want to charge. You are at their mercy. I had an increase of 60 percent!!!!! A small independent I had spoken to is now operating on a 12 month contract period, because of the instability in the market. They were gobsmacked that I had incurred such an increase in the LPG gas price This is not how they treated their customers.Avoid Premier LPG!!!!!

DO NOT USE!!! I signed over to them in October last year and they advised that there was a 3 month notice period with my current supplier (business user) and left it there however it was only at the end of December they decided to give my supplier notice meaning I wouldnt get changed over until the end of March. I emailed and called to understand why the delay and got no answer or email response.At the start of April, despite numerous calls and emails I still hadnt heard from them and nothing had been swapped over etc, to this day all I get when calling the 'business' number is a mobile voicemail thats full and no response to emails.This is either a scam company or an extremely poorly run business - STAY CLEAR
