Lovely play area. Three different age areas and lots to do. Even has a netted football/ basketball area. Caters for non dairy drinkers too with various options. I've been a few times and my granddaughter loves it

As a first time mum who's been to lots of playgyms to fill my time this one is definitely one of the best and definitely the most clean! They literally clean everything after each session so no matter which slot you pick it's like you're in the first session. Love that.

Love it here! First time visiting today with my 9 month old son (can crawl and stand). There’s an absolutely brilliant baby section, babies from probably about 4-5 months would probably enjoy this area with the sensory aspects of it.There’s an under 4s section which is nice but small. Then a larger play area for bigger kids. The play centre, toilets, tables etc are all so clean and welcoming. There’s free parking. The food and drinks are also really well priced. It was really busy In the school holidays but I’d imagine in term time it might be a bit quieter. Still busy or not busy it’s a brilliant place to go!

I took my son today and I can not rate the staff enough. The lady who checked us in and served us was lovely and very covid aware, it was a very hot day today and she even offered my little boy a glass of water before we left. She was running round cleaning and disinfecting everything aswell as staff checking the toilets. The food was lovely and very reasonably priced. We stayed the full length of play and it was a fantastic experience my little boy absolutely loved it.Well done everyone who works very hard during these times x

Nice, clean environment and helpful staff which is why it's our go to play gym....just wish they had the food they say is available on the menu. Every time I asked for baked potato it's never available even when not that busy. However nitpicking aside would recommend.

I visited this play gym yesterday just after my son had been stung by a wasp. The team were incredibly caring and kind and the manageress even gave him a frozen yoghurt tube to cool him down.Food was well priced and tasty, and the playgym was clean and well equipped. Thanks for a great experience!

Took our 10 month old there, really small baby area, soft play is worn out and needs replacing. Very limited soft play toys like rockers, slides etc.. For the size of the building we expected it to be double the size atleast. No staff making sure correct age groups were in correct play area. We also had some food whislt there, which was nice but took a long long time to serve; our baby had to wait 40 mins just for some toast. Overall disappointing visit.

Very disappointing. We went for my sons birthday. We have visited before and enjoyed it and got a good service. However, this time was not the same… there were a massive queues, when we finally ordered our food it took an hour. When it arrived it was poor, £4.25 for half a kids sandwich and tiny bits of carrots. A drink was included in the meal deal but it was water! We got our food ten minutes before the end of the session, a member of staff told us we could have an extra 5 minutes to finish our food before we had to leave (very generous) whilst we were finishing staff were sweeping around our table. We had no other choice than to leave. Normally staff are professional, welcoming and friendly however this time you could really sense the inexperience and lack of customer service skills. Not worth another visit anytime soon!

Paid to pre-book before arriving. When we got there it was horrendously busy - no parking spots, no free tables, a queue of 15+ people at the counter, and the baby play area was so crowded we didn't feel safe putting our child down to play. You'd think that a place that accepts pre-bookings would somewhat keep track of how many people they let in. Staff were nice and polite about it, just management failing to keep capacity at a safe level. Had to just leave and go elsewhere, total waste of an afternoon. Won't be returning.
