The staff here are actually so rude. Woman in the dressing room wasn’t polite at all and the woman at the till was huffing and puffing whilst waiting for me to pay! I get working in retail is stressful but I was nothing but nice.

Didn't have enough staff, someone manning the changing rooms served us and gave us a company I pad to search our own items! We did get someone to serve us who had a minute in the end

I have just returned an item i had bought me so I didn't have a receipt. The manageress and staff couldn't have been any nicer. So helpful and chatty. What a change from some of the bad service we get from some retailers these days. Well done the staff at Meadowhall.

Best customer service I’ve had in a clothing store. Tatiana did everything she could to get me refund back when I didn’t even have a receipt. She deserves a pay rise!

The choice of clothing wasn't bad and the shop was spacious however when my daughter went to try on clothing she came out shocked, saying that the changing rooms stunk of filth. Needless to say she didn't buy anything.
