Lovely practice. Receptionists are knowledgeable and placed me in the best hands - Ali and Lydia are so kind and very talented. I needed some repair work done after an accident and Ali’s work is perfect- my teeth look completely natural. Ali and Lydia knew how anxious I was and kept me at complete ease - they’re just so bloody nice and professional! Every time I called the reception answered - which is rare in the dental field these days. I came here after a local dentist (MyDentist in Calne who are rubbish) messed me around for weeks, I then called London Dental Practice and spoke to their knowledgeable receptionist who took her time to understand the accident and work needing done and suggested Ali to carry out the work - I haven’t looked back since. I’ve been here 3x for my repair work journey and I honestly can’t recommend them enough. Thank you Ali, Lydia and the rest of the LDP team!

I highly recommend this dental practice, they were the only one who responded to me when I was in a huge amount of pain with a tooth. I wasn’t even registered with them, but this didn’t matter to them. I received such amazing service, and i can’t thank them enough. Obviously I am now registered as a patient with them. Cannot speak highly enough of Mark and the team at London Road Dental Practice. As an incredibly nervous patient, I was put at ease, everything explained clearly and the experience so far has been nothing short of exceptional.

Have recently changed to London Road Dentist and have found everyone there exceptionally friendly and helpful. Was aligned to Katerina as she was recommended for dealing with children. Katerina not only dealt with my teeth but also identified that I suffer with migraines and made suggestions on how to alleviate the symptoms. So refreshing to visit a dentist and come away feeling supported and having had a nice time with truly nice people.

I don’t often leave reviews but I had such a lovely experience, a review was very deserved! I went in to London Road today for the first time and honestly could not fault my experience. I’m an anxious person who is very afraid of the dentist and my dentist, Ali, put me at ease right away. He was friendly, gentle and very thorough in my first examination. My teeth aren’t great but he never made me feel judged at any point and has put together a treatment plan that he explained to me in clear, accessible way. The receptionists were also very kind and friendly, making me comfortable from the very first phone call. I feel far less anxious about appointments going forward. Thank you!

An outstanding experience. I have always been so nervous when attending dentist appointments. The atmosphere at this dentist is so calming; the receptionists are polite and very friendly. My dentist, Mark, has been an absolute professional. I have had to have a lot of treatment and during every session, he’s checked in with me. Whilst undergoing treatment, he regularly stopped procedures to ensure that I was okay, and that I was happy to proceed.I genuinely couldn’t recommend a better dentist.Thanks

After the death of my husband I made the decision to have extensive dental work. For someone who has some dental anxiety this was a big decision. My teeth were in poor condition but I never felt judged at any point. I was made to feel I was among friends and people who cared about my well-being the whole way through my dental journey. Katerina explains everything slowly and patiently while being very reassuring. I can easily say that I no longer afraid of visiting the dentist! Katerina and the whole team are so skilled at what they do. They really are the best!

I have been attending for over 15 years, and the dental care and friendliness of the staff is always excellent. Today I was seen by Emma (hygienist), Mark (dentist) and Claire (reception) and they continued the very high standards. If you are looking for a practice I highly recommend this one.

My daughter had to have two teeth extracted so that she could have braces. Katerina and Sasha were absolutely amazing .. my daughter was nervous as she’d never had injections before but the way she was treated and how amazing the staff were meant that very quickly she was smiling and the whole experience was an incredibly positive one. I highly recommend this dentist !!
