Had the most amazing experience while looking at buying a new car. Ewan was very professional, answered all questions honestly and helped with all paperwork. The following day called (on his day off) to see how things were going and if any issues. Made me feel very comfortable and no pressure at all. Bought the car at the beginning of October 2023. It was an interesting experience bringing us our new joy and pride: a beautiful RAV4. It's a car I am still discovering and I enjoy every mile. Had the best experience buying my new car from Ollie and Mandy at Steven Eagle. All of the staff are friendly and helpful in particular Ollie, Scott and Mandy. Lay and Sophie were also lovely!Ollie is a fantastic salesman and really went above and beyond dealing with the sale and with my requests and was very patient in answering my many questions!!!When it came to my handover Mandy was amazing even going so far as to tie balloons to my car as per my cheeky request which made the whole experience very special.
