Went into store last minute 30 min before close Nirav was so accommodating and helpful, let us take our time and look around, showed us good quality carpets for our budget have us pros as well as cons, seems like a decent person so far wouldn't hesitate to return to carpet right for great non intrusive service

I’ll give 1 star to Nirav who had actually been really helpful, however the service, beside him, is ATROCIOUS. Took a day off work for them to fit my flooring, didn’t arrive. Took another day off work for them to do my carpet, didn’t arrive. Then was told don’t worry we will come at 8am the next day so you won’t have to take another day off. Turns out it wasn’t ready to collect and it still isn’t ready and now it’s gone 4pm. Genuinely horrible experience. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Also good luck getting them on a phone, they will never answer.

Good experience until I paid for the carpet and the wood floor (ironically the salesperson asked for a good Google review when I paid, which I retracted).Firstly they mistook the color for beading when they came for fitting the floor, during the second visit they mistook the color for the ramp bar and I’ve not heard from them since then. Let’s see how many times they have to come back to finish their job.Regarding the carpet itself, it rippled and bulged the day following the fitting - such a poor quality of the fitting and the product. Best part of it, the store never picked up my call to discuss how to resolve this matter. I had to call carpetright customer service to raise a complaint.

Carpet fitter showed up, and aggressively shouted at me to say he’s not moving the bed and drawers to lift the carpet as I hadn’t paid for it - I had paid for this service, when I asked them to stop being aggressive with me they shouted some more and then they left . ( I’m a heavily pregnant woman ) called up the fitters team and no assistance given. Do not buy from here, they use awful fitters, try to charge you twice and are happy to send out people to verbally assault women.
