Worked in many sales roles before Amvoc and everyone of them has been the same, unhappy and unprofessional atmosphere. Really could not recommend working at Amvoc enough! Absolute brilliant Salary and great bonus structures in place! The management are really friendly and will always go out of their way to make sure you thrive! Anyone who complains about working here is simply not built for sales and does not realise how much potential amvoc actually sees in each individual. Anyone who is looking to use this company to market there product... You will see excellent results and professionalism! 10/10 on every aspect of the business.

Fast Paced but very fun environment to work within. I have only worked here a short while, but have already gained valuable sales experience. Working to targets helps me to push myself, which suits me well.

Imagine trying to trick/exploit employees by not paying them their wages. Worst employer experience. Terrible communication and lies. I would highly recommend NOT working for them.

A good company and team, effective and strong follow up with calls. Know what they are doing and connected us with schools and businesses, would use again.

Great place to work if you’re looking at getting into sales, training is excellent, good management. Not too sure about the other reviews regarding pay issues, worked there a few years ago and was always paid on time.

I have worked for around 8 different sales company's and i have to say Amvoc is by far the best in my experience. The basic salary is very reasonable, The bonus structure is fantastic. Really good training provided. Great opportunity's to progress, all the managers and directors are promoted from within. The Leeds office is light, spacious and clean, Brilliant employee of the month prizes from 50 inch TV's to holidays to Ibiza. People actually want to come in to work and everyone seems really happy with the company. The MD Damian is very motivational and passionate about his company and it really comes across in the meetings we have. The employees are a really diverse, driven and professional group. Everyone wants to see each other succeed and it's a very fast paced work environment. The only downsides are you don't know what your bonus will be until around the day it's paid and the percentage of cancellations can be higher than you would expect. If you don't put the effort in and If you can't sell or create appointments you won't last very long, but if you are prepared to commit to the job, you can sell and you see it as a career then you will absolutely smash it. Earning 1500 a month in bonus alone is more than achievable (depending on which account you are working on) Overall it has been a really positive working experience for me and a breath of fresh air when compared to other sales company's. It's great for young people who don't have commitments but when you are in a position like me with 3 children to support you could do with knowing in advance what you will be getting in terms of bonus so you can budget your money properly. That being said it really is a brilliant place to work and I am looking forward to continuing to work here for many years to come. Had interview last week at their offices and offered a job. Arrived today to be told they had no idea who I was and they no longer needed anyone. I should have believed the bad reviews as they seem to be the true ones

Had a sales call from Keir at Amvoc who had seen a BDM role we were advertising for and wondered if we wished to outsource any telemarketing requirements to Amvoc. When told we would be in touch if interested, Keir became very pushy and obtuse. If that is an example of the kind of aggressive telemarketing Amvoc can offer I think we will be ok!

AMVOC did some really good marketing work with my firm. They worked with us on some B to B and some B to C projects and showed professionalism and lots of energy. I'm happy to endorse them!
