Always solid American style dessert bar. Huge selection of flavours.On Sunday they have Sundae specials for £2.95 which are a bargain and more than big enough.A little grubby, menus needed a thorough wipe down.We got the kinder Bueno sundae which was an absolute steal with their soft serve

Me and my partner come here now and again! Lovely selection of drinks & desserts! We came today to find an updated (improved and better) menu that even listed all the calories which is a bonus! We had the Easter waffle and was lovely!

A dessert specialist! Their Waffles and crepes are amazing. Definitely recommend the apple crumble waffle , and the banoffee waffle. They have a huge selection of ice cream, shakes, and smoothies. They started serving savoury dishes like chicken wraps, and nachos. But i did not feel these were their strong points, in fact they were very average in comparison to their main dessert dishes. So best to go there for the desserts, or a sweet treat with some tea!

Creams Southgate.Ordered boba fruit teas. Had them before and tasted really nice. Visited today and ordered the same. They did not taste very nice. Had a bitter after taste. Went back and changed flavour. Walked down the road only for my daughter to find an ant in the drink. Took it back and was told it was from the tea. Don't know how when it was lychee. Could see clearly that it was an ant. Was ordered a refund. Pls sort out the level of hygiene in store.

went there with my family of 4 not very crowded and there was 2 family's mine and another lady and her son. we got our menu's throwed at use the staff-lady - ignored us and waited for use to order when she was next us we ordered 4 waffles we left after and hour cause she took and hour to serve my family we decided to just have 4 ice-creams and then the lady-worker decided to do other orders first even though another family of 6 came after we were there terrible service and horrible server my advice don't come here instead go to the wood green creams better service the waiter was lovely towards my 3 kids, and the food was perfect

Amazing flavours and big portions - a real treat. Sadly every time I come the service is a bit slow and you can feel ignored - seems they don’t always prioritise getting your order to you

First time I've been to creams and was overwhelmed by the amount of options and variables that are available. I bought chocolate fudge waffle . Was nice . I couldn't eat all of it . I think its better in small doses . Need to go back to try the rest of the menu. Staff where really friendly and helpful

This place is awesome. The interior design is eye-catching which is what compelled me to walk in.I was greeted with a colourful display of ice cream available in lots if different flavours.Here, I ordered a double scoop on a cone. Pistachio with Oreo. And WOW! It was delicious.I ordered a slush puppy too. Strawberry flavour. Sweet.The staff are cool and friendly.This is a great place to chillax and have a dessert. I recommend these guys.I will certainly be coming back.

very lovely atmosphere with amazing staff, served us quickly with at table service. usually not too busy in there, they also offer takeaway and delivering if not dining in. the inside decor is also very nice, its a good place for slme desert and a rest!

One of the best desserts I’ve ever had! The food was brilliant along with the service and atmosphere had a brilliant time. The staff who served us were very courteous and kind, took there time and helped me choose a delicious dessert! They definitely choose the right one for me, the atmosphere in the restaurant was calming and lovely. Was a very pleasant evening. Enjoyed myself!
