Laser Quest

Those worst laser tag experience i have ever been to. The customer service is appalling. You get LIED to as they said said we had to wait 15 minutes before our game when in fact it was 1 hour. They completely forgot we booked the service and pretty much disregarded us as human being by not providing us with basic human necessities. This includes no air conditioning, unhygienic weaponry, a small claustrophobic map, no wifi, and a constant foul odour entering your system. This is UNACCEPTABLE!

My husband took our son and his 2 friends to Laser Quest, they really enjoyed the game and the first member of staff that introduced them to the first game was really good. But unfortunately the customer service from the rest of the staff lets the place down. My husband needed to pay for an extra booking when arriving at the venue, I paid for 2 games at £7.50 per person on the Wednesday offer, but for the extra person on arrival they tried to charge full price, stating that the offer was for only after 6pm. My husband showed them the booking confirmation before they were willing to charge at offer price. They were then half-hour an hour late admitting my husband and the boys into the game and almost forgot about them until my husband prompted a member of staff. Finally the woman running the second game was rude, impatient and acted like a teacher from 80s, telling the children off and making threats, utter disgusting behaviour. Luckily these short comings did not stop the boys from having a good time. But please, do better.

DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!This place may actually have some of the worst service I have ever seen. I came here with my friends with a booking planned for 5pm inly for them to forget to enter us in the next four games meaning we had to wait over 1 hour for a 15 minute long game in there waiting area that was boiling, with no WiFi, loud music and only a completely destroyed sofa to sit on. And when we asked them why they didn't let us in they sent us in with a random other party of sweaty kids then when finding our guns they hadn't even entered me into the game so i had to wait even longer in a room with the worst stench of my life if I could give negative stars I would as the staff didn't even seem to care about us and our concerns

if i could give 0 stars i would. dirty floors. ripped couch put together by duct tape. me and my friends went to play a simple game of laser tag. to our dismay we had to wait over an hour past our booking time. when confronting the staff on our extremely long wait he was dismissive and ignorant not even realising he took our names early. he found our list under a pile and realised he forgot to let us in. this is unacceptable. we wasted over an hour waiting for a simple 20 minute game. not even a single apology or any sympathy. even after confronting them they let in another group before us. no wifi. loud music. no air condition. once let in the room stunk of a men’s bathroom. it’s clear they haven’t cleaned the place in months even years. what a waste of money and time. don’t go here at all costs.

Exceptionally poor experience at Laser Quest Cardiff. I would recommend to avoid at all cost. There was an hours delay to our game, which apparently happens frequently. As a result we were late for our restaurant reservations and were unable to play the second game we had booked. I have contacted customer services several times this week and have not even received acknowledgement of my emails. So if you have any issues with your experience, don't expect to receive a prompt response. A waste of £120! Save your money guys and book something else for your special celebrations because you will be disappointed!!

We had a 1 hour delay sat on a duct tapped couch and terrible service! They forgot about our booking and we had to remind them several times to get us in! Only for a 15 minute game with some sweaty kids! No wifi. Horrible loud music and was boiling in there! No air con. Also horrible smell.

absolutely horrible experience. do not come. i can confirm i will never come again. had my booking at 5pm and went up to the counter before to confirm the name list. staff told us that we would be allowed in in 15 minutes. this turned into an almost 40-an hour wait which is absolutely unacceptable. the staff was ignorant and didn’t seem to care about us waiting. it had no service and the room stank. the couch was sealed with duct tape and everything was just terrible. at last they let us in 6pm with some 3 year old kids game. this seems like a last minute decision as me and my friend repeatedly went up to the counter to confront them. the people already inside were surprised that we had to join their game which confirmed the fact that the staff had once again forgot our game. when we finally get in they even forgot to put in one of my friends names into the system. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

We had a great time. £10 for 2 games which is great value. We played individually and in teams and both time had so much fun even though there was only 6 of us. There's an instruction video first, then a room to gear up and then a large room where you play. There is a smoke machine, which we were asked if that was okay to be on, so it may be optional if that's a problem for anyone. We would all go again.

Brilliant place for laser tag. The course inside is fantastic with plenty of room for a proper combat experience
