I recently sold my house using this estate agent and I can’t thank them enough for their professionalism, knowledge and compassion. I was a very nervous seller due to a buyer withdrawing from the purchase of my property prior to my contract with Jones and Chapman, and the staff here took this into consideration and were very supportive. The sale was seamless, I would highly recommend this agent. Special thanks to Carol for her reassurance, Dave for his valuation expertise, Kostas, Michelle and Jess for their dedication to setting up viewings and to Nicky and Noeleen in the admin department for their great write up about my house.

Be careful if buying through this estate agents as they will try and encourage offers to be made by other buyers to outbid you when an offer has been accepted from a seller.Though completely legal, quite an unethical practice for an estate agent, known as gazumping in the housing sales industry.

HiThe whole experience of selling and buying your home is arduous at the best of times .The staff are friendly professional and weŕe always helpful .The purchase of my flat after downsizing was made more difficult with a dear friend who was departing .I would highly recommend the staff as they provide the personal touch throughout the selling and buying process .Thanks again defo recommend
