I've just purchased my 2nd car with James Ball. I returned as I knew I was guaranteed not only a reliable and professional service but a reliable and trustworthy vehicle. Everything from first contact through to driving away my new car was seamless. James was also happy to buy my car back at a price match I was happy with. This meant a complete hassle free transaction. A beautiful bouquet of flowers sealed the deal as I drove away. Thank you James...no doubt you'll see me again.

Recently bought an Audi A4 from James Ball Cars. James was incredibly professional, helpful and not pushy. We turned up at the end of the day for an unscheduled test drive and he rearranged his show room at the last minute to accommodate us. The car was prepared and serviced quickly, and he even gave us a bunch of flowers when we drove the car away. Finally, we had a small fault with the car after sale and he was very helpful in getting it fixed at no charge. So, great before and after sale service. I hope to buy my next car from James Ball Cars.

I cannot rate this company highly enough.An excellent service, polite and efficient, I found a pristine Jimny with many, many extras at the same price as many in my area that were basic and unexciting.I had a 2 1/2 hour train journey to the Bristol area but James collected me from the railway station and took me to meet my new vehicle (which I had bought entirely via the internet and by telephone). For a second hand car I was totally surprised by its immaculate condition.This little car has proved to be perfect for my needs, whizzing me up to Hereford for the eve and and then back home to Hampshire and has sincebeen 'stolen' on many a day since as my husband can fit hisgolf clubs and trolley in it far easier than in his sports car . Even the dogs gave their approval!The Jimny was in such perfect condition, the service given was 100% in all ways, and I cannot be more thrilled that I found both the car and the company James Ball Cars Ltd.Christine Mayhew

Recently bought a Bentley GT Continental- James is highly knowledgeable, the car was exactly and he said and superb. Had previously researched extensively and got a fair price and good trade in for my car at JBcars. After two months the car needed a small adjustment and it was completed fast, no hassle or cost. So good service too! Recommended.

Recently purchased a car from James, he has been a refreshing pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Car was presented in immaculate condition and I'm extremely fussy. The communication with James was punctual and informative, there was no hard sell. The attention to detail provided by James during collection was superb and the handover bay was added bonus, to already impressive showroom. After sales service from James as been brilliant, when small issue occurred with my car which he dealt with no questions asked. I would recommend any prospective customer to visit James Balls Cars. The other cars he had in stock all looked in fabulous condition, a welcome change from other garages I've visited over the years and wasted trips and pushy sales executives, with no real knowledge of cars they are selling.

Recently bought a car from James, the process was very easy and he’s friendly & straightforward. Had a problem initially with the car, and James was very quick with his responses - even when he was on holiday! He got it fixed quickly, even when all our local garages were booked up for weeks. Recently bought a Mercedes C350e from James. Great service, very responsive before and after I bought the car. A couple of minor issues that would only come to light after owning the vehicle for a week or so and James was more than happy to help out. Ultimately it was all covered by Mercedes warranty but James was very helpful and professional throughout. I would highly recommend.

Earlyish days with a Jaguar I bought recently from James. It looks beautiful. What has really impressed me is the very open and friendly discourse throughout. Importantly, when I picked the car up (socially distanced of course!), the Sat Nav was linked to Belgium. James thought it had been reset for GDPR purposes. Also I found our later one key was damaged. I reported this to James and he immediately invited me to take it to my local dealer and he has met the ensuing costs at once and without demur. In fact it needed a new antenna and the bill with diagnosis and labour was not small.This is first-class service. If you buy an 8 year old car then it's always a bit of a gamble but the car generally seems as genuine as the seller! Recommended on the basis of this experience.

James Ball sold me my new car just under a week ago and I have to say he has suffered my constant messages at all times of the day with utmost professionalism. Always prompt with replies and always providing me with the info I required. I spent a large amount of money so wanted to be assured of every detail and James obliged.The car had an MOT advisory note regarding the front tyres but these were replaced at a cost of £500+ out of courtesy. Many others wouldn’t have bothered!I was also in my wife’s good books as James had a beautiful bunch of flowers ready for her on the front passenger seat of the car!Beautifully clean showroom with a personal sales experience. To top it off he’s a real petrolhead who has a passion for Ferrari’s, couldn’t think of a better person to buy a car from!
