Kristin Loeer - Somatic Coach & Movement Specialist

Kristin is an expert teacher and movement coach and a lovely person to boot. I see her regularly for Pilates 1-1s. She's really helped me with my Pilates practice and even facilitated me to start to resolve a chronic shoulder problem. Something several physios haven't managed! I highly recommend. :)

Great progress ,very thorough and love the results within one block of teaching

I came to Kristin's work struggling with the traumatic remnants of a recent bereavement. Effortlessly gentle and patient, as soon as I spoke to her I knew she was the right person for me to work with. I found her highly-skilled yet grounded and personal approach deeply therapeutic and by just our second session together, not only was I able to process some very difficult emotions, but I also began to experience new freedom in the way I was able to move physically. This wouldn't have happened had I not felt so safe with her and the way she guided me to reframe what I was going through. I'm really grateful to have found her work and would highly recommend working with her if you're struggling with any kind of physical or emotional trauma or discomfort. I've had a few years of therapy following profound loss and needed to connect the mind to the body. I've always been able to understand what's going on cognitively but I needed something different as I felt quite stuck and carried a lot of anxiety and trauma around. I didn't know what to expect but all I know now is that it helped me massively and in only the short space of 6 weeks. I feel I'm able to move through grief easier and I'm grateful to have tried. Kristin is really lovely and approachable and her space is very welcoming. Would definitely recommend!
