All I can say is a massive thanks to the team, spoke to a lady called Amy around 10:10am by 12pm of yesterday we was good to go getting a van key for my dads van as he lost the original key anyway, send all the relevant paperwork or information they needed nice and quick was booked in today done at my fathers home address I dealt with it while at work when I was on breaks throughout the day what a pleasant easy straight forward service professional at its highest and the lady Amy was very helpful with product knowledge and knowing how to deal with the (customer needs) which was us, apart from that. It was great all round. The company even came to his address and was very quick and got the job done. THANK YOU.

Not recommend look at the keys and gear box he told he had change ,He used old my one and told change to new onethe guy come to fix the lock very rude, he told me to change 2 new gear box but de did not and over Charing meJust rushing me to sign it coz I need reallly good at EnglishI have to come to see my Solicistor on Monday and bank to ask about this

Amy was absolutely excellent. So helpful on the phone. I have a 1999 Nissan Primera and so I guessed it was going to be difficult with a 24 year old car. She was fine about leaving my car there until Monday and when I got there she did it while I was waiting. She explained everything I needed to know. She explained if I lost my remote key she would be able to make up a remote key from the spare she made today, which put my mind at rest. She spent time testing it on the car. She could not have helped me more. Thank you so much Amy!!

Very helpful bloke I spoke to on the phone , showed genuine sympathy and interest in getting my door fixed of which other lock smiths were quick to tell me there call out charge and add on the materials telling me it would cost on average atleast £150-£200 , this particular problem he was able to talk me through fixing myself and after collecting the part for £18 left me a very happy customer. Definitely would have my business in the future. trustworthy and helpful thanks

Great service, my ignition snapped in my car while it was still running, I was told by the main dealer that I would have to have a whole new ignition put in my car, instead had a friend who removed the old key out with a pair of pilers, used my spare key to drive over to them and they replaced the blade on my key instead of having to get a new fob etc, best £25 I have ever spent, key worked straight away no problems, very helpful and very friendly!

I highly recommend it. They did a job that no one could do. The key to the MG6, the problem was huge and very stressful for me because it was very difficult for me to start the car. Sometimes I had to wait 25 minutes with the kids in the car before I could start the engine. A nice guy programmed me a new key and everything works as it should. Owners of MG6 if you have a problem with the key to this car please go to City Locks Ltd. Thank you from the bottom of my ❤️ heart.

Called City locks and they were able to arrive at short notice. Friendly and efficient and were the best price I was quoted. Will definitely recommend.

I went into City Locks to have a Citeron key copied.Please see photo below.The key was damaged at the casing end.The member of staff started serving me the telephone rang so he decided to stop serving and answer the phone, this happened twice (how rude was that).When starting to serve me again he said I would have to bring my vehicle in for 2 hours to make sure that my key work, l left and went straight to Kyezauto Locksmiths, dropped the key off and pick up 2 new cut keys the next day.City locks what a WASTE OF TIME.
