Have to say yet again exceptional customer service by the sales team. We decided to part exchange our CX5 for a newer model and we where looked after from the moment stepping through the door. It's refreshing to be able to build up a good rapport and they make the effort to make a purchase as personal as possible. A big thank you to Rachel King who looked after us throughout and never failed to keep us updated throughout the process. Also thanks to Craig Parker (sales manager) who again ensured we got a thoroughly professional service. Great work guys.

Excellent service and entirely happy with experience. Right from the first visit where enough time was allowed for the test drive, queries, explanation of services available, etc. to the day of the hand-over where everything had been passed on (without any hiccups) to a colleague who took over after the first salesperson who I had been dealing with had to move for personal reasons, I felt that I had been looked after properly. Jennings Mazda kept me updated at all times and made the process of buying a new car easy.

Staff are polite so jennings get a star for that. Their ability to fault find and rectify faults is poor so I won't take my car back here. 2 visits and all they have done is tell me what I already know and charge me for it. Service department push the fact that they have mazda proprietary software to fault find and yet offer no more than a free phone app. Poor service

I have bought two cars from Mazda Jennings in the past and never had a problem that they have not dealt with immediately. On two occasions I have needed body work doing and they arranged everything, picked the car up from work and left me a courtesy car and fixed the problem. Never cost me a penny and never affected my no claims. Any way if you want good service see Craig parker Mazda Jennings Middlesbrough

Purchased a New Mazda CX5 Sport Nav 150 diesel Auto in early March after earlier looking into vehicle. Have had Mazda cars previously and have always been impressed with their build quality, reliability and general impressive looks. We decided to go for the option of Stone leather interior and Machine Grey paintwork with front, rear and side Aero kit skirts -looks great.(for us we saw these fitted on a showroom example and they are well worth the extra for the improved look) The ride is very comfortable, the engine noise is exceptionally quite and the finishing is great. We will be travelling to France in the car later in the year and looking forward to the trip.We have used Jennings Mazda only on this occasion and found the experience very good, right from the initial visit when Rachel King dealt with our enquiry. She was attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. She frequently kept us up to date on the progress of delivery.The price of the vehicle/deal was fair and her Managers were also helpful in this matter.Purchased a Service pack upfront so in all respects looking forward to the same high standard of Customer Care in the future.Thanks again Mr and Mrs Johnson

I was very well looked after by the Franchise Manager, Adam Price. Excellent customer service from him from start to finish; he was honest and up front, but most of all, I feel, genuine. Car needed a few things done to it first, and he beat me to it: he saw to everything without me raising the issues first. I then even requested him to put it through a Hyundai Specialist Shop for it's Service and MOT to satisfy the remaining manufacturer's warranty on the car. I felt I was being a bit cheeky and pushing it but he did it; as long as it didn't start eating into his costs, he would do it, which was fair enough. A big thanks to Adam for helping me buy a great car.
