Ordered what I thought would be a quality treadmill only for it to arrive with damaged parts and the fan not working. I contacted muscle squad who stated that as the item isn't described on line as having a fan, then it doesn't matter that it doesn't work...?? Apparently they have cleared this with trading standards. They offered a refund, replacement or partial refund of 160 if I were to keep it. I said I would like a replacement as I have searched for quite a while and wanted this particular one, but could they quality check it before dispatch to ensure I didn't get the same sloppy standard of the current one which i dont think is unreasonable. They could not guarantee this and offered a partial refund of £160 if I kept it. Being concerned I would get a similar damaged unit, I decided to keep it... at this point they changed their minds and were now only offering £80 as they now said I have a fully functioning unit and the damage is only cosmetic... and reiterated that as the description doesn't include a fan, then it's not faulty and people wouldn't expect to find a fan! The unit has a fan button on it and I don't think I'm unusual in therefore expecting it to have a working fan??We have now arranged a refund, but I would check all descriprions carefully and be aware they have admitted they are aware of having a faulty batch of these treadmills, hence why they removed the fan part of the description . Will not be using again and would not recommend.

Ordered a set of dumbells yesterday afternoon, they come in under 24 hours. Top quality product worth the money.

Don't initially be put off by the 3-stars. Muscle Squad sell great products (ordered a couple of neoprene dumbbells and they are great quality), are great at communicating and frankly offer some very competitive pricing. The only reason for 3-stars is their logistics partner. Epic Logistics.Just be prepared to be a little patient on the delivery and stay on top of Epic Logistics. It's a small delivery firm, they also have a policy of making sure you're in to receive the delivery and their delivery windows are extremely wide! (Noon-8pm for PM delivery). I missed the initial delivery, a second attempt was botched but finally, on the 3rd try it made it almost 2 weeks later.Muscle Squad, great firm. Although Epic Logistics' issues aren't necessarily Muscle Squads fault directly, I feel it's an aspect they need to work on to improve the full E2E Customer Experience, sadly Epic's mistakes made the experience a little frustrating.

Can’t recommend this company enough, purchased the ‘phase 2 freestanding rack with pulley’ and must say it’s an absolute beast. Instructions to assemble weren’t the best but there is a YouTube video which made it easier. The rack is solid and sturdy and the pulley system is smooth and virtually silent. It also folds down into a very small footprint which is ideal for small spaces.

Absolutely blown away with my new half rack and accessories. The quality of the unit is unbelievable and the amount of attachments you get with it pretty much covers all exercises. It also has a built in pulley system and its silky smooth. I added a little silicone oil to the pulley rails and I can honestly say it glides as well as commercial pulleys. I can't pick fault with anything and their customer service is just as impressive.I 100% recommend musclesquad

I had been searching for ages for a monolift attachment. I emailed the company and asked for the specs of what size rack it suited and the frame matched but the pin hole didn't. The lady recommended I didn't purchase it as they couldn't guarantee it would fit. After a few weeks of thinking about it I took the chance and it arrived today and thankfully the risk paid off. For the price and quality I give it 10/10. I have never used this company before and would certainly use them again if they have anything I may need.

MuscleSquad have always delivered exceptional products at excellent prices. Our home gym has been fully decked out in MuscleSquad equipment which gets used on a daily basis and they all maintain the quality and feel as good as the day we purchased them.

Finally got my quarter rack set up. Bought this as part of a package and could not be happier - it is amazing. Totally solid built and the best quality. Instructions were a bit vague and it did take me a while to build but wasn't impossible. Excellent price too. Would definitely recommend Musclesquad and I will be using them again in the future

Absolutely phenomenal company. We've bought from them on two separate occasions, including dumbbells during lockdown. These guys were the only ones who didn't jack their prices right up which I really hope is rewarded with customer loyalty in the long run. Delivery was prompt, communication swiftly replied to and high quality products when received. Great job guys, don't change a thing as you've got it spot on as it is!!

Have now ordered twice from here in a month. Superbly responsive customer service. Equipment is of high quality and decently priced. Rapid next day delivery, what more could you want? Will be my go to place for home gym equipment from now on. Thank you
