Sapphire Property Management

From my experience with Sapphire I have had no issues. Any concerns so far have been met within a timely was sort out with emails. I have had many quick and accurate responses from Stacey and Julia.They have been thoroughly professional and helpful at all times.

Wow! I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Corrinne from the legal department and I was blown away by how helpful and knowledgeable she was.I am in the process of moving house and contacted Corrinne with various questions that I needed help answering. She was available to speak to me immediately and went above and beyond to get all the information back to me in a very timely manner.I was honestly blown away by her patience, kindness and overall customer service. She is an asset to the business and I really can't thank her enough for making what could have been an extremely stressful and daunting process, a smooth and enjoyable one. Thank you so much Corrinne, Sapphire is very lucky to have you!

I have lived in a property managed by Sapphire for some years. On those occasions when I have had need to contact them I must say that I have always been dealt with in a courteous and efficient manner. Thanks in particular should go to Michele Murphy (Property Manager) with whom I have spoken several times, finding her to be consistently friendly and professional.

Having had a rather complex issue with funds, which had been paid to another agent, and not transferred over to Sapphire….. looking like I had a considerable debt.Sapphire have been persistent and supportive in not only locating them but tackling the lack of response from the 3rd party.This ongoing issue took a couple of years to solve and became very stressful. However, Julia and Stacey at Sapphire chased, managed the process, keeping me up-to date and ultimately managing to get the funds transferred over to the correct account.I am grateful for their service and persistence in solving this matter.

I’ve lived in a property managed by Sapphire for a few years now, and Sapphire have always been extremely helpful, providing information and resolving matters in a timely manner.My most recent query (regarding a pet request) was dealt with by Stacey. Stacey Linton has addressed the problem affecting my property in a timely and efficient manner. She is always pleasant and helpful with nothing seeming to be too much trouble.

Haven’t dealt too much with Sapphire until recently. Very prompt replies regarding information for my property , and, extremely helpful dealing with an issue I had with the car park. Thank you Stacey!

Sapphire Property Management took our building through the RTM process successfully, Helen and Jeff were brilliant throughout the process. Ellie-Andrea Murphy was assigned as the building’s property manager. Ellie has provided excellent service, and has been actively working to ensure the building is running efficiently and to ensure we are providing optimal value to leaseholders. Ellie has shown professionalism throughout, has been diligent and resilient, and has worked through some difficult circumstances. Thanks Ellie for all of your hard work, it’s much appreciated! When speaking with other team members, Corrinne and Fraser, they have also been excellent!

I have been generally pleased with the service that Sapphire has provided, particularly noting their cleaning contractor, J J Cleaning Services, and the wonderful Justyna, who does a fantastic job, and is always friendly, willing to help and go the extra mile.
