Not helpful & tell lies.Went in there recently with a slightly bulky item (40 inch x 10) for hermes pickup. Was told they couldnt take it as collection had gone for the day and other customers would miss out on sending their stuff cos of a lack of space.Really? I work for a courier company so well know they were not willing to store my item. I am a carer. Item was a walker. So thanks very much. Told to go elsewhere.They should leave a message with hermes, UPS etc, that they are not willing to accept certain parcels at certain times, otherwise dont pretend to provide the service!

Really helpful. I went there for an amazon return and it was really quick and easy. I forgot to take the return receipt and the owner gave it to me by reminding me about it.

Don't even bother to use them as a parcel pick up point.. They are not serious people. Delivery tracking says the parcel has been delivered to the shop few days ago and when you come to collect they say they don't have it. And as a calm down information they say: 'The courier hasn't delivered it yet but they marked it as delivered. It happens sometimes'. They don't know where the parcel is. Will never use their service again because it is not the first time things like this happened to me with this shop. Enough is enough. Sincerely don't recommend this place

Absolutely amazing customer service! Very friendly and helps you with anything you need assistance with. No matter if you are buying from their shop or sending items via post, they are very welcoming and always happy to see you. 5 star review and 100% recommend. Prices from there shop are relatively great priced and cheaper than their competitors around them. When they start using royal mail in a couple of weeks, they will be the perfect shop for pretty much everything:)

I come to East Lane Express regularly for sending out parcels. Customer service by Pratik is exceptional and always goes above and beyond to in helping me. The shop also has a wide range of services which is very convenient so you will never be disappointed walking into East Lane express !

You can find everything (what you needed at home) , all kids sweet and sour snacks, any non alcoholic drinks. Also customers can send parcel or collect parcel, they got plenty of delivery company's. Good service and friendly stuff. Special note - large selection of toys.

The product is not the same as the picture, which is why I saw it and ordered it. This doesn't work for me the hole is huge and unfortunately I have to spend more money to buy another one.
