Brilliant service. My wife dropped her car keys down a grid and the team arrived within 30 minutes to literally pull her out if the muck! Very professional, very courteous, would highly recommend for any aspect of work that they undertake

Had a challenge with blocked drain Paul kindly came out and had a look, saw the challenge and did a quick sort out, he came back and sorted the drain for me with a long term fix. If you've got a drain challenge don't be put off by others go straight to Paul, he's honest and reliable if I ever get another drain challenge he's definitely the one I'll be calling on.

North West Drains found the source of a leak that was getting worse and worse on the edge of the garden. They quickly foundthe source and got it mended, a leaking mains feed. Not only that they insulated an outside tap as a free added extra. I would use them again and recommend them fully.

Called Paul, left a message and he promptly called back within 10 minutes. About half an hour later he was at my parents home to attend to a blockage. All cleared in a short time. Would certainly recommend Paul to anyone with drainage issues.
