After attending Susan’s breath work classes I am able to be in control of my life much more. I understand how to regulate my central nervous system. To calm myself or wake myself up, even send myself to sleep. Susan is a brilliant teacher and made the course so very enjoyable. I highly recommend.

I love practising Yoga with Susan. She is a fantastic teacher, and also a genuinely lovely person (which I feel is important when you’re listening to someone talk at you for an hour or more). She has a gentle and supportive approach and gives clear and precise instruction so you’re not constantly checking that you’re doing the right thing. She’s also very observant, checking your positioning and helping you move more deeply into a pose if you need support.

I often ask Susan to cover my Yoga classes at DNC Studio and always get lots of positive feedback from all the students. She has such a calm approach and really tailors each lesson to the individuals. Very sincere and dedicated Yogi who manages to fit her own practice and online classes in from wherever she is in the world!
