A great home, was there for work, but with 4 private garden areas and hair dresser etc. within the facility, this appears to be the ideal care setting.

Had to go here for my Pain Management meeting, its the first time i had been here so wasn't sure where the disabled car park was the sign said the car park was down the road at the side of the building but its a long road & came across some big locked gates to i so had to drive back round the front. When i just parked on the road infront & went inside i asked the receptionist who said there's 3 disabled bays at the front which was taken but the car park down the street you have to press the intercom for us to open the gate but then you have the full length of the street to come in the front which is not good.

Absolutely disgusting manner of the staff, nights especially. 3 nights a week at least two blonde women in uniform sat outside smoking more than a chimney with absolute foul mouths even at times about residents!!! I live across the road and hear it all!! Honestly people that this shouldn’t be working in care, if this is what they present in the street when the managers backs turned god knows what goes on behind locked doors.

Fantastic Podiatrist 'A-Foot Podiatrists and Chiropodists' has a surgery within this complex every Tuesday. I suffered from a serious condition due to inappropriate surgery years ago. She has successfully halted the progress and seriously improved my pain and mobility issues. Let her help you! Amazing.
