Lovely coffee. Could have been cleaner. The counter next to the till was covered in spilt coffee that no one seemed bothered about wiping down. Ample seating though, and service was fairly quick.

We have never liked the main cafe in M&S Handforth Dean, as there is no natural light and have always used the smaller cafe which used to be next to the food hall. It used to be nice to sit and look out of the windows, especially on a sunny day.When we visited M&S last week to do our weekly shop, we decided to try the refurbished cafe for breakfast. However, as soon as we saw the new touch screen ordering system, we decided to have breakfast in John Lewis instead.They might as well have just installed a row of automatic vending machines. NOT Impressed at at all!

Twice come in here since refurb . Both times service awful. First time delivered drinks and milk was off both times. Second time ordered paid and waited nearly 30 minutes for cappuccino. The electronic system doesn't work. And when u ask a member of staff to cjase it up i continued to wait

Disappointed to have lost the flower shop cafe leaving only the internal cafe which, sadly, is dark and not very appealing. So much nicer to be able to see the outside for the customers and the staff. Otherwise, the coffee and cake keeps us coming back for more.

Self ordering machines now, so no queuing at a till. Items brought to your table. Machines are card only not sure if you can still pay by cash. Only had to wait a few minutes for our order.

Great shop, large choice of clothing and food. Easy and planty of parking, tills could be better staffed as long queue can form.

Recently refurbished. Not keen on the new screens for ordering. Many people had negative comments about them, it's just a case of getting used to them. A few teething problems with the service.

After 2 visits to the new cafe we were left disappointed. On both occasions the coffee was lukewarm. This was not the fault of the waiters/waitresses who were working hard to get drinks and food out quickly so it seems it was those making the drinks. We will try once more but won't go in again unless there are drastic improvements.

Looks like they forgot to train the staff on customer experience - thank you to the member of staff who piled all the dirty plates onto the table in front of me while I was eating. Nothing I like more than to look at half eaten food
