Highly recommend NERC they did a fantastic job on our roof, we were over the moon with the result, the team were great and can't thank them enough.

After living in a house with persistent leaks in random places in the roof, I decided to replace the whole roof.I chose NERC for the job as they were members of the National Federation of Roofing Contractors (NRFC) Competent Person Scheme (CPS) and their price was better than quotes I got from other NRFC CPS contractors.NERC were sensitive to the fact that I live in a conservation area and replaced the roof using reclaimed Welsh slate (some of my original slates could be reused too) and the roof blends in perfectly with my neighbours'.I had a troublesome bowl-shaped roof over the bay windows in my house. NERC installed a new flat roof over the original and new drainage.NERC also installed PIR insulation boards between the rafters, installed new Velux windows in the attic, and replaced the guttering and downpipes.Finally my house is watertight and a lot warmer!I also received a CPS Building Regulation Compliance Certificate and a 10-year insurance-backed guarantee.I would definitely use NERC again.

The service we received from start to finish was very professional and timely including communications with the office staff, site visit for estimate and the work carried out by the craftsmen which was to a very high standard. We used NERC for two emergency roof repairs in one week. For a busy period for the company with the servere weather conditions Ian and his team put every effort into getting our roof repaired and two quite severe leaks rectified. From survey to repair you know your in good hands. NERC's knowledge of the trade is very extensive and took no time at all to diagnose the problem and how to fix it. Our fix was carried out very quickly and were kept informed of when the works would be carried out and completed. We found NERC to be very professional, from company image with fully sign written vehicles to the manner in which they conduct their business. Direct, friendly and efficiant. Highly recommend this company and will be using them again in the future.

Joke of a company, replaced our old roof at a cost of almost £10,000.00.I've attached photos of how our 'brand new' roof was left. Unsurprisingly the new roof leaked more than the old one we replaced from day 1.The poor workmanship was eventually put right by another contractor at a cost of almost £2000.00.If your looking for any kind of roofing works look elsewhere!
