The Gym Group London Holborn Circus

Gym is okay. But the experience with their customer service was utterly terrible. They had an issue of charging the subsequent monthly payments way too early and my membership was frozen. They never seemed to be replying to emails despite I followed up several times. Operating hours for phone calls only from 9-5pm on working days, very unfriendly for working people. Cannot provide refunds, the only solution they provided was delaying the next payment date a week later. Will hardly consider using the gym again.

Good gym with any machines you would need. The team is great and always smiling. Big Mention to Julia who is always full of energy, caring and gives you the best advices to improve !!!

I was a member of the Waterloo gym. My membership accidentally renewed for a second month even though I didn't mean this to happen because I'm moving places. When I noticed on the day of renewal and called the Gym Group they said they couldn't cancel and refund me.It's bad practice and poor customer service. I enjoyed the gym but doubt I'll ever use this company again after this experience.

Great gym, location is banging! Always has enough room for me to do what I need, good range of equipment & my personal trainer Liam is honestly THE BEST at what he does. I've gone with a few personal trainers before at other gyms and they haven't gotten me the results like Liam has in such a short amount of time!He is very motivational, makes me feel like I can do all my sets easily and creates such a warm and supportive environment! I used to feel a little awkward with other personal trainers but Liam is so kind and understanding of my body and what works best while still pushing me to get the best results.So happy I chose Liam as my PT, can't recommend him enough!

Strategically located in the city of Holborn near by offices, however it is the smallest gym that I have been in my life. Avoid peak times at all costs. I’ll give it 3 stars because it’s 24 hours open, and it saved my life this morning as I was around and my local gym Paddington was closed same as Oxford Circus that only opens at 8am.

Morvic and Nate are very good instructors. I have been to a variety of different classes ran by them and always feel challenged by their training. The gym itself is small and intimate, but with enough space to do what you need in without overstepping or feeling claustrophobic. It is mostly quiet and a good place the gym newbie !

Favourite branch. Small but doesn’t attract too many people and I never find myself waiting for machines, plus maintenance/cleanliness of everything is great. Kwame and the other staff are super lovely and helpful. I travel to this gym which is further than my local because I prefer it so much more.

Great gym - good value, variety of equipment, more than enough space / benches and friendly staff. Also 24/7 so great for early mornings or late evenings. Admittedly I’m not the most complicated gym user and don’t use the classes / PTs - mostly just use cables and bench weights but it has more than enough for me!

The Gym Is ok. But the company Is sheet. They have done a mistake with the payment and they charged more, i have sent to them the proof and they didn't even gave the extra money!!! There are others Companies more professional and honest!!

Well laid out with loads of machines and a good selection even compared to some bigger gyms. There’s enough treadmills to always have some free even at peak times. Excellent free weights area with plenty of benches. Changing rooms are spacious and super clean with loads of lockers. And friendly staff help make a really nice atmosphere.
