Very good first time experience. Alison very helpful with making a booking - I felt like my custom was very much appreciated as a suitable van was made available for me. Everything explained clearly throughout each process (which was also very efficient and simple for the renter). Very professional service overall with a well looked after vehicle that was easy to drive. I would recommend and return to use in the future . Thank you!

Definitely recommend, given that Lancaster has a very restricted supply of rental firms. Saves having to travel to Preston, etc.We booked and pre-paid from overseas, I was thinking there may have been some hidden" charges at the point of pickup

I received a call a day early to see if I wanted to collect the van early for only £20. Not once was this mentioned that I would not have mileage for that day. After thinking I was within the travel limit and also returning the van with 70 miles extra on the range the rude woman still tried to charge me for mileage. Will not use again.

We rented an SUV from Marshall’s for a week in the Lake District. The car provided was modern and clean, along with being excellent value for money. The team at Marshall’s were so lovely all the way from booking to collection to return. We’ll definitely be hiring from Marshall’s again the next time we’re up in the Lakes.

Highly recommended. Got the largest transit van to move my daughter, as we thought the others would have been to small, but loads of room left. There are no hidden extras, all you have to do is ask the right questions. You pay for any fuel used, your first 100 miles is in with your payment, then its 20p per mile after that and a £1000 excess you have to pay, in the event of an accident. Simple really.Great up to date van. Definitely use again in the future.

Very impressed with the service and quality of the vehicles, the honesty and advice from staff was more on giving value to a customer and not taking advantage of a situation. Fuel economy on the new van was very good especially when Diesel is so expensive. We also took out hire of storage space in a full package.
