Jamie was so understanding with no pressure.The whole team in the Helston office are professional yet friendly, always helpful on the telephone.I have now put my rented property on the market. Jamie went through theprocess in detail to help me make an informed decision, again with no pressure. Communication is excellent, I feel well looked after.Its been a difficult time for everyone, but somehow the Helston office following the strict rules continued in their professional cheerful way.I would thoroughly recommend Millerson Estate Agent especially as they are a local firm.The Letting department also are friendly professional and always ready to help and sort out any problems. My wife and I recently sold our home with Millerson, Helston and being an old cottage it wasn't straightforward. We found the staff to be - at all times - every thing we needed. They were very friendly, they had a laugh, they were not only practically, but also emotionally, extremely supportive (we'd lived in our cottage for over 30 years and last moved pre-internet!). They kept us right up to date with developments, they liaised with our solicitor, helped organise surveys etc., were consistently proactive in moving the sale forwards and, without fail, they were always very professional.
