Had a triple helix piercing done today with Mel and can’t recommend her or this place enough. Originally went to another tattoo parlour around the corner that was fully booked and by chance the owner of Thomas Street was there. He walked me round to the shop personally, introduced me to Mel and I was seen straight away. The place is spotless and all members of staff were so welcoming. Mel took her time to explore different designs with me and clearly explained all aftercare instructions. I will definitely be returning - thank you so much!

Had a cover up done by Zoli, can’t be happier with the results, he helped me pick the most suitable design and the colours and detail are insane. Great little gang they have at the shop, everyone was super friendly. I will be back again for more in the near future. 100% recommended. Chuffed to bits

I got an old tattoo of mine fixed up and re-inked by Otis, it looks better than it ever did and I couldn’t be happier. I thank Otis for his help and amazing skills and will definitely be back! Fastest and safest tattoo artist I have met so far.

Had 2 piercings done with Mel. They did 2 piercing 1st and seconds was really fast effective and made sure I was happy with placement many times. Will come again

Extremely disappointed by this place - my friend and I were booked in for a tattoo on 28th July. On the day we were told it was cancelled because the artist had childcare issues, completely understandable these things happen. But we are still waiting for the deposit to be refunded. We sent bank details via the Instagram page on the day, as requested, and have chased several times, but nothing.

The experience was spot on!! Full off laughter the minute I stepped foot into the place.I felt so comfortable.Otis and Mel were absolutely fantastic.I would definitely recommend going and I can’t wait to go back again myself.

Disappointing. Arm tattoo, very noticeably wonky lines (that should be straight), and an incomplete job on the design.Silly looking wobbly lines now on my skin permanently… not a great feeling.Also, I arrived on time for my booked appointment, then sat in the waiting area for over 2.5 hours before I got in.Happy to delete this review if you refund me, I think that’s fair.IG @kadewalker1
