Had my hair permed by Sue a few months ago, she is definitely the 'Perm Queen'! I showed Sue some photos of the type of look I hoped for but I was worried about how it would turn out after having my hair straight for so many years and the result being permanent but there really was no need. She did it so well that my hair looks naturally curly and I love my new look, it's in great condition and even 4 months later it's still curly and bouncy, I get loads of compliments on my hair now and wish I would have done it years ago. If you're thinking about having a perm this is the place to go, Sue is the expert as she was perming hair when everyone was having them, she takes the time to listen to exactly how you would like it, answers all your questions and provides advice on aftercare. The staff at the salon are all warm, friendly and down to earth which made it an enjoyable and relaxing experience. Thank you so much. Highly recommended.

I always leave this salon feeling on top of the world - they're a great team and make your visit very comfortable and relaxing. I'm more than pleased with my new style and it's the only hairdressers I'm aware of where they really do listen to what you want.

Wouldn't go anywhere else

Went there last week and asked for my hair to be ombréd. After my hair was finished the “hair dresser” had curled my hair so I couldn’t see the actual state my hair was left it. It did look beautiful until the following day when I washed and dried my hair. I was under the the impression that ombré is a beautifully blending hair colour style. Not patchy, blocky and just an out right mess. I went back to get it fixed yesterday she moved my parting to a place I didn’t even want it to be, and said that I have to have it there even though I didn’t even want it there. She applied some bleach and didn’t even leave it on long enough for it take effect. Because I was that fed up I just said it was fine but my hair still looks like a first month college student done it.

Very friendly and always come out feeling glam

Always have an amazing experience here. Lovely ladies who work here. Very talented and really nice to talk to. I took my toddler in to get his hair cut. He normally hates it. They kept him calm and relaxed and gave him a toy from back to keep him occupied! Their service is next to none and after having an awful experience at phase 2 in Northfield, going here was a welcome change. Won't use any other hairdressers now
