Avalara

Avalara have the worst service I have ever received from a company. Trying to register and report Vat in Germany has been a complete nightmare for us because of Avalara. IN the end we asked them to de register us from German VAT, Avalara took no action and we were fined several thousand euros by the German vat department for now reporting every month. I would never ever deal with avalara again.

I am a staff for Avalara Europe Ltd. I love the culture here and the management team from top to down is generally caring and positive. They do care about employees like their success traits mention. They look after employees by offering us good packages of insurances and medical care plus free food and drinks. They often hold events to employees as they like us to have life and work balance and they believe work hard and play hard to me positive outcome. It is a good place to work and nice people here too!

Avalara not only has great products but also very helpful customer service , I highly recommend .

Don't use Avalara and Amazon's VAT service. I just switched to use Amazon VAT filing service and the service provider is Avalara. Terrible service is already overstated. There is no service at all. Even during transit period, I have issue with Additional VAT Report" and have issue with DE VAT filing ( by the way

This company has no idea, lost us 5000 euro in VAT, they told us they were applying in Spain for 2 years with many excuses but finally turns out we had to apply in Ireland. Their employees are like the fast food chain of VAT refurns, just expect invoices every month and not much else
