First experience was not very good. We waited at London Heathrow Airport for private transfer to hotel. We had to call three times after waiting more than 45 minutes, we first called and were told that they would find out and return our call. Waited another half hour and spoke with a different representative who transferred to original who still had us waiting. Third call was 15 minutes later and were told to take taxi and save receipt for a refund. Travel agent helped with that part.Second use of company was a small group tour of Stonehenge, Bath, and Windsor. This went smoothly and my wife and I had a good time. Enough time at each location was enjoyed including a nice lunch on our own in Bath.I would've given less stars but the company made up for non-arrival with refund and reimbursement.
