I put my tired Webb mower in for repair and they not only serviced and repaired it but deep cleaned steamed and polished it. I honestly couldn't believe it was the same mower it looked new and cuts far better than when I dropped it off. It was so good I dropped off another one of our mowers I'm sure that will come back in far better condition than it went there in. THANKS once again.

Poor service the bloke on the desk needs some customer service training. He can be rude. But they have a closed catchment area now that Maloys has closed

Reasonably priced service for our now decades old and battered Hayter Harrier. I honestly needed to double check that they'd not given me the wrong machine back as it looked so good.Staff were polite and helpful.Easy to park and get to.Will definitely use again.

Eye-watering service costs for Cub Cadet LR2. More than my average Land Rover service! Even if the costs were genuine, when the service is going to cost more than the value of the mower, it would be good practice to consult with the customer first before proceeding.This being said Cub Cadet parts are expensive compared to better brands and the quality of the work is good. Maybe just don't mark up what already is extortion.

Very poor and rude. They are known for their ‘rudeness’ so nothing has changed.……..To add as a response to your ever so charming reply, YOU WERE NOT EVEN HERE!!! this is just fabrication from your driver. I am a lone woman who was spoken to so very rudely by your driver that I had to call you immediately to express how rude he was. The wrong fuel was only put in the machine the night before so I didn’t have time/forget to tell you. No one locked anyone in anywhere, I couldn’t open the gate I was on the phone to you, owner, remember??Btw - nice breach of my personal data, yes that will get you more customers!!

I had my lawn mower serviced here. When I went to collect it I noticed that some of the paint had been removed from the machine I pointed this out to the guy who served me who then became aggresive and offered to take me round the back" I did not take him up on his offer and have never been back. No stars from me but then I would not have been able to post this review so begrudgingly give a One."
