Two weeks ago I ordered two medals and filled out the form that was on the website, but I made many mistakes in the pertaining compiling and instructions, so there was a misunderstanding that misled the Bigbury Mint's salesperson.I was contacted by Sam without further ado, he was very kind and diligent to assist me in order to straighten the crossed wires out: he helped me to pick the suitable stuff for me; after a couple of days he already shipped goods to my own address in Italy.I wish to express my acknowledgement to Sam, who was so fantastic and patient towards me. Thank you very much indeed, Sam !Now I've gotta give my final grade to Bigbury Mint, it's undoubtedly the highest-scoring mark, that's five golden stars with honours, all this is for the company's courteousness, diligence and professionalism.I want to thank everyone !

Recently had two sets of family WW1 medals framed, with picture and plate. Medal ribbons replaced and cleaned.Communications were very good through out the placing of the order. The end result was well worth the wait!! Stunning. They will always be remembered!

I am very impressed with the medal mounting service by Bigbury Mint. The Website is very easy to use and the service provided is excellent. The staff kept me informed throughout the medal mounting service. Overall I have found that the staff and finish of the medal mounting was exceptional. I would definitely recommend.

Great service ordered copies of my Great Uncles medals told they would be delivered in 2 weeks spot on. When I first enquired girl on phone was helpful and knowledgeable. I bought my mum the enamelling course for her birthday and we both loved it! Fee explained the process really clearly and was very helpful. I would recommend to others and will hopefully be doing another one soon!

My NI medal was looking worse for wear so I decided to replace it. I couldn’t go via the MOD as I still have the medal and they required a crime number if stolen. I therefore ordered from Bigbury Mint. Delivery was quick enough. Unfortunately the detail is nowhere near as sharp as the original and it is also stamped ‘copy’. The idea was to mount this with my other medals but I’ll now be using the original one. I checked the website and as far as I can see, there is no mention of medal being stamped ‘copy’.

For years I was trying to find a good place to get a copy my great grandads medals he fought with the Royal Munster fusiliers during the First World War. The original medals are in the family but no one ever sees them. Being a service man myself with Irish Naval Service I know how important it is to keep medals within the family and let other members see them.When I was Googling for a place to get a set of medals I came across the Bigbury Mint I did a bit of investigation into the mint and when I say the positive reviews I decided to put in my order and I am so glad I did. The medals arrived this morning and I couldn’t be any happier with them they’ll be going on display for my family to see and worn at commemorative events. Absolutely incredible. Outstanding work on WWI medals, framed with my Grandad’s picture/plaque + made the extra big effort to get it delivered back before Mothers Day. My Mum is going to be so happy (as am I!). Can’t thank you enough.

I have dealt with this company maybe 3 or 4 times over the last 8 years. Last week I made an urgent request for 2 replica medals for a funeral between Xmas and New Year. Although it had passe their cut-off date for Xmas, they promised to do their best. Medals arrived 5 days later. Superb service, thank you.
