Conman, my old dear bought a focus from him 6 months ago, clutch is knackered after he said he changed the clutch plate when I complained, ended up worse. rear main seal gone after 2 weeks, no receipt for the work, absolutely shocking the garage I took it to for the work said what a shambles

Unhelpful and abrasive. Was not willing to work with us. Phoned to make a purchase with one small issue about full history having a 4 year/40k gap and was told 'If you're not happy, don't buy it'. Lack of understanding of customer service has encouraged this review to warn other potential customers.
