I've been coming to this gym for a while now but have noticed an increase in young people who have zero respect for the gym. They usually leave plates loaded onto the machines or on the floor. They always seem to work in large groups which means they occupy a machine for long periods of time which makes it difficult for others to have an effective workout especially when there is only one machine of that type. I expect the general manager Jola to speak to them as it's unacceptable for them to do whatever they want with no consequence.

Went back to the gym after lockdown. Entrance has defined in and out access, there is a hands free QR scan to enter but didn't try it. Inside lots of social distances of machines in place with each adj machine closed. Hand sanitizer on entrance and cleaning sprays and tissues easily located on the walls. Everything was clean and kept clean by staff and customers- everyone needs to clean after themselves. No problems encountered, parking keyboard looks operational -glad to be back

I have felt that the gym manager Jola, on more than one occasion, has displayed an arrogant and rude attitude towards both members and staff.As a paying member of your gym, I believe that I, along with fellow members, deserve to be treated with courtesy, respect, and professionalism at all times. Unfortunately, this has not been my experience with the current gym manager Jola. Their dismissive and condescending demeanor creates an unwelcoming atmosphere, making it increasingly difficult for me to enjoy my workouts and maintain my motivation.

Jola is a great manager, very helpful and friendly. I always see her taking care of the gym and the members. I like coming to this gym because the atmophere is friendly and ths gym is always clean and well maintained.

I have been part of the gym since 2017 and it’s been an amazing journey. The staff is really nice n helpful. I took training sessions from Chris and it’s been wonderful. He has helped me achieve the outcome I wanted n pushed me so I could do better during trainings. I have also learned many new techniques and workouts while training with him. He also helped me with my diet and has been a great support. It’s been a pleasure to train with him. Would definitely recommend Chris. He has been amazing.

Small pokey gym. Very small weights area with limited equipment. Air conditioning not working upstairs. Not like other gyms in this chain. I went during off peak hours, I cant imagine how bad it would be trying to train here during peak hours.
