Ordered a cheese and bacon wrap from behind the counter. It was cold. I asked if I could have it hot and they said...No". The same happened last week. I never expected to go to Gregg's and get given cold pastries ???"

Lovely chicken bake and tandoori chicken baguette. Food always sells quickly here so if you want lunch go early! Service was great and quick. If you download the app and are a new customer you can get a free hot drink

The most pointless Gregg's I've ever been in.. the staff need to learn stock control. No baguettes at 1:15 peak lunch time and not just a one off its a regular accuracy..useless

I visited the store quite a few times. Every time I wanted freshly made cheese and onion and vegetable bake . I was willing to wait but been refused every time . Very appalling service. Not acceptable.
