Always been my go to from pizza to kebabs, stay open late perfect dinner to end the night, perfect dinner to feed the family or friends with great deals and delicious food.. always go the extra mile with me and I’m just on the edge of their catchment area

This place has gone MASSIVELY downhill in the last few months. Last week our order took nearly 2 hours, tonight the sizes were wrong and i was given 4 bits of lettuce one cucumber and one tomato as my salad on a medium kebab. The last 5 orders there’s been an issue with portion sizes. Such a shame as used to be amazing! not sure if it’s new management, new chefs or they’re just cutting corners but we will NEVER order from here again

Unfortunately, the decline in the quality and service of this establishment has reached an unbearable point, and after my experience last night, I can no longer recommend it.For years, I have relied on Firehouse for delicious takeaway meals, but recently, my orders have been consistently disappointing. Last night was the final straw. Not only did my food arrive late, but it was also incorrect, not once, but twice. This level of repeated errors and lack of attention to detail is frustrating and unacceptable.What shocked me even more was the attitude displayed by the owner. Instead of taking responsibility for their mistakes, the owner was rude, deluded, and claimed to be the number one takeaway in Sussex. This arrogance and disrespect towards customers is disheartening and completely uncalled for.Moreover, the portion sizes have noticeably decreased over time. In addition to the declining quality, the quantity of food being served is now noticeably less. This further contributes to the overall dissatisfaction with Firehouse Pizza and Grill.The owner's rude and threatening behavior is absolutely intolerable. As customers, we deserve to be treated with respect and courtesy, and it is clear that this principle is not upheld at Firehouse.Considering all these issues, I strongly advise against choosing Firehouse Pizza and Grill for your takeaway needs. The declining quality, repeated mistakes, reduced portion sizes, and the disrespectful attitude exhibited by the owner make this establishment an unappealing choice. It's time to explore alternative options that prioritize customer satisfaction and deliver a superior dining experience.

Delivery was quick, driver was nice and the food was nice. Can’t fault the food.Only criticism is that the portions are really really small. With a doner meat and chips, the chips barely cover the bottom of the tray and there is not much difference between a small, medium and large they all seemed to have around the same amount of food in but had different sized trays. You also have to pay an extra £3 to have a pitta with your kebab. Which I’ve never heard of before. Usually a kebab comes with a pitta.We also Paid extra for pitta with the meat and chips but didn’t get them

Fire House Pizza and Grill is hands down the best kebab takeaway in town! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and packed with deliciousness. The staff is super friendly and the service is top-notch. I highly recommend trying their mouthwatering kebabs, they're simply out of this world! Whether you're craving a classic doner or a tasty chicken shawarma, Fire House Pizza and Grill has got you covered. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!

Ordered the american hot pizza with chilly cheese stuffed crustThey called and said they dont have beef so they will substitute with more meatballsThe pizza was extremely thin and the crust was doughy and too thickLike u can actually see the size of the crust compared to the pizza itselfBetter to use that dough in the base rather than crustPizza didn't taste like anythingJust blandImpossible to even hold a sliceAll sloppyNever ordering again

I love this place soooo much!! Always 100% happy with my orders, food is always delivered hot before the time stated, never have to wait on delivery, staff are phenomenal! Great value for money, food is absolutely gorgeous, mouthwatering to the last bite. Best kebabs ever!!!

The chicken did not taste good. It tasted not fresh. The salad is too small. I ordered 2 meals of chicken doner, only 1 can of coke was delivered with the food. Honestly,what is going on with this take away shop??
