I wish that it was possible to give less than one star. I paid £184 for a sew in weave which even for a last minute booking is shocking.They messed up my closure my sewing it too far back and plucking too much out of it.I spoke to them 4.5 weeks later andalthough they could acknowledge the mistake that was made.They said they couldn’t do anything on the basis that it took me more than 7 days to contact themWhen I was asked the reason why it took me more than the allotted time I explained that I was on holiday followed by a friend passing away.For me the bottom line is- regardless of terms and conditions- if you know you have made a mistake then own it.I was accused of ‘just wanting a free hair doo’.Absolute clowns. Don’t waste your time.
