The procedure itself was pain free and I could hear much more clearly as soon as the wax was removed from my ears. The clinic itself is very clean and in a good location. After not such good experience’s elsewhere, I looked around for an alternative place to carry out my ear wax removal and decided to go with ‘Ear Wax Removal Bexley & Dartford’. I can honestly say I will not be going anywhere else but here going forwards. I was made to feel welcome and comfortable and provided with clear communication of the process, along with relevant paperwork. The centre at Bexley was very clean and tidy, as should be for such procedures. All of the above and Nicola’s way of carrying out her work made me feel at ease with the procedure from start to finish. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for quality service.

Nicola has been amazing, she replies to messages instantly and endeavours to get the job done with consideration and the best of care. Nicola gave her advice over the phone when we needed it and was so helpful with organising times around my busy work schedule, even offering to wait for me if I was late. Nicola was great she did a really marvellous job of clearing wax from both ears, felt like skipping (bit too old to do that!!!!) when I came out, can hear properly no more “what” & irritating friends and family.
