Big Apple - Play City

I visited today with my 3 year old. The place was filthy. Absolutely disgusting. Rubbish laying around. The amount of dust was horrendous. The place can’t have been cleaned in months even years. I didn’t have the heart to leave because my daughter was so excited to be there. I managed an hour then left. I won’t be returning.

Pleasant staff and good play area but a bit dated their is better places.

Normally I go with my kids to Monkey biznez. Today I chose to go to this place, all they care is about money and the bar. Big kids in the small kids area running and making dangerous for 0-4 kids the place. Other big kids, eating and drinking even close to an air blow machine, making dangerous the situation. If the water gets into the electric, blower.......Other kids with no socks and no one telling the kid/parents that it isn't allowed to eat or drink in the play area, I will not go back and not recommend.

Good play area but unfortunately the quads and the shooting guns wasn't working today so could of been better.Food was nice but a little over priced.The theme is great and fun but there is only only decent slide.£6 per kid as all was 3 years old and under so not bad for money.

This is a truly brilliant play centre for kids.Slides-----There are 2 slides in the under 5s area, a large wave slide with 4 partition and an enclosed slide with 1 bend in it and in the toddler area there are 2 slides, a small wave slide and an open twirly slide.Extras------There is a pretty awesome maze area, football area and a dark space themed area.Off to the side there is a sensory room with textured sequin walls and an infinity mirror.In the centre there's a go cart track.--There is so much to do, with friendly staff and pretty yummy food, you can't complain.--RETURN VISITWe had a blast. Resampling the food, it was delicious but did take its time to arrive, about 45 minutes to exact. I would suggest on a 2 hour session, order straight away to get it for half way through session.Also, take a reusable straw, the paper straws there fall apart and leave black marks on your kids face as it starts to fall apart.Still great though. Still a 5 from me.--BACK AGAIN !Cups for kids squash are terrible. Very high chance of them going over, I'm considering on our next visit bringing some plastic cups with us. (Picture included)Food did come with a little more haste that previous occasions.The go-kart track seems to have been closed down and its been like that for a couple of visits.Took my baby boy into the sensory room and he loved it. Certainly a winner for even crawling babies.The smaller area for toddlers seems to get overrun with bigger children and is not massively safe for babies, so the sensory room is an alternative.(Pictures included)

Had sons 4th birthday party here and they were Brill. The food was tasty, the organisation and support great. Loved the party room. Was really grateful to all those that made his birthday special... thank you!

Nice place for the kids to play. Plenty for them to explore. Plenty of parking on site , but it was hard to find a space as when I went it was really bizzy. Nice food. Good menue. Clean toilets.

My son loves this soft play - it has so much to suit all ages. The soft play itself is on two levels with lots of slides and things to play with. The ball blasters don't work anymore but it didn't seem to bother the kids at all. There's a separate area for smaller children, and also a bit with trampolines and another to play football and basketball. It's fairly cheap, and they serve food but the quality is a bit hit and miss. Wouldn't hesitate to go back.

As indoor plays go this is great.Most appealing is the size, it's big so the kids don't get bored easily, but also big area for adults to sit and have a coffee/ eat etc.Staff are friendly and helpful but do book in advance as can get busy at peak times and school holidays.Equipment seems well maintained and clean and lots for all ages to explore.Food is ok and of quality, but not a huge menu, but caters for most tastes, although not the cheapest but good size portions.Coffee is great as are cakes!Parking is not the biggest but spaces do seem available at most times.Usually a limit to play duration at busy times and they do birthday parties too if you want.Toilets are clean and well kept and good disabled access.They even have a sensory room for children too.Check it out, enjoy.

After visiting various other soft plays, this one is fantastic and well priced for the facilities in comparison. Absolutely brilliant large play area, tasty food and coffees.Definitely recommend, wasn't too busy during our visit.
