If you want to have your stuff dry - DO NOT RENT HERE.Water is leaking from the ceiling inside storage units and the management don’t act!! My storage unit was full of water TWICE. I called and reported but they just don’t care, they advice to change to another storage unit that just also leaks.They recently removed protective layer over the storage unit so now all water comes straight to your belongings.This is happening in Bloomsbury branch that they are responsible for. Cannot recommend this company

Finance department terribly managed. Each agent provide you different informations in regards to their refund policy once you give back your storage.I’m still waiting for my refund we are now past the 15 days refund policy. Because they have not processed my refund on the day of my termination contract. I had to Call them to make sure it has been processed. Comes to found that it wasn’t. I now I have to wait an other 15 days….they don’t take any accountability in terms of the poor service provided.

Some of us work 9-5 therefore can only access storage after this time where there is ZERO customer service if anything goes wrong. My husband was there today at 7pm, pressed the button for the lift multiple times and nothing happened. Rang a number by the lift and was told they cannot help.I’ve already emailed customer service with my customer ID but it’s pretty hopeless when I needed some items by tomorrow.
