Got flowers from Flowers of Enchantment for my nanna's funeral and couldn't fault the quality or service of this place. We got the white rose teardrop spray and the words mam and nana in white with pink decoration. We got exactly what we asked for on the day. Flowers were beautiful and they kept the ones out we didn't want in the teardrop spray too. Nothing was too much trouble so would definitely recommend

I always go here for all my flower needs. Louise is a lovely lady and a very talented florist. Prices are competitive as well and she will custom make designs if needed. Definitely recommend flowers of enchantment.

Really impressed.Fast, friendly, efficient and such a beautiful floral bouquet in water. It was organised to be delivered the same day & I was emailed a photo all within an hour of telephone ordering.Will definitely use this florist again for delivery to my aunts nursing home in S Shields. Fantastic service. Able to deliver within an hour of the phone call. When told the occasion delivered the most beautiful bright bouquet of flowers to my mum for an extremely reasonable price. Friendly knowledgeable staff, all round great florist and will use again!

Could not recommend more highly.Delivery was within an hour of ordering, the scent of the flowers filled the room, and although there was a minor hiccup with the new baby" balloon
