Staff was very helpful when we went in. We had no idea on the style of the kitchen we wanted. They sat down with us and helped us build our dream kitchen, so excited to have it put in after christmas. Manager even popped over to see how it was all going. Such a lovely group of people.

I wanted not just a new kitchen but walls knocked out and a whole newifestyle built in! Joe in Magnet was great he knew exactly what I needed, from the word go he worked with me to give me the kitchen of my dreams. The fitter they recommended Matt Hitchman and his team were amazing, nothing was too much trouble. Having people in your home can be daunting but they were a pleasure!! 100% recommenation from me

Recently had my kitchen fitted by Magnet. Fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff at Magnet Retail and a trade were extremely accommodating with all aspects of my kitchen, from the design stage to the finished article (a few changes in between). I can’t thank the team enough and a quick mention to Adaptive Interiors who fitted and installed the kitchen/appliances, they were absolutely fantastic.

Having worked alongside Magnet Gloucester now for over 15 years, I cannot fault their service. In comparison to various other companies iv worked with over the years its second to none. Brilliant design team who are always happy to help and go that extra mile, brilliant product with a big variety that is ever expanding and built to last. All in all a fantastic company to work with.

Absolutely brilliant service from beginning to end. I cannot fault them. The designer allowed us to walk around the shop several times choosing what we wanted to include. He listened to us carefully and put together the absolute ideal kitchen for us.The quality of the units is incredible and we had lots of choices regards colour and fixtures etc.Now we have the kind of kitchen we could only ever dream of and it works extremely well for us. There are lots of hidden little gadgets which make this so special.The fitter they suggested was exceptional, Wayne Meacher. Absolute perfectionist throughout, worked tidy and in a respectful manner at all times and always arrived when he said he would.Having an entirely new kitchen can be something of a nightmare to sort out but Magnet made very step so easy! Amazing service from the designer at magnet. Managed to accommodate all of our enquiries with no issues. I would definitely choose these guys over the other kitchen retailers around as the quality and workmanship from their recommended fitters was excellent
