Doctors are good but can never get an appointment when needed

My wife signed up to the surgery as it was closer to home the doctors are very good but this is where it all goes wrong the receptionist is rude and unprofessional. If this is the first point of contact for your patients it needs to be better a lot better . They put the phone on the hook so no one can get through it doesn't ring and it only started to ring when . We went in and pointed out that the phones not going through to ring . Then all of a sudden it started to ring . Who evers running this ship needs to start steering it and make changes as this is not good for your patients at all .

Cant get appointment..its a lottery phone up you win or you loose, try again tomorrow
