I called Elite because the old rubber roof on the extension at the rear of the house was causing problems. I was impressed with Clayton's professional attitude, and his suggestions for the new roof. The team that installed the new roof were friendly and efficient, and clearly took pride in their workmanship. I was particularly impressed that they volunteered to do some re-pointing for free, where some damage had occurred to the mortar due to the lack of a fascia on the old roof.

Elite Roofing came and repaired guttering, roofing and fascias for my Mom and Dad (Carol & Steve). They've been incredibly pleased with the work carried out. Late last year I identified a need of reproofing 2 felt installed flat rooves as they were old and tired and facias were deteriorating.Elite had carried out some flat roof work next door which I had seen (and looked good) so I asked them and 2 other local firms for quotes.The other 2 never provided quotes but Elite were quick in providing detail quotes.I accepted their quote and agreed a potential start date.Inclement weather meant a slight delay but I was kept informed.The job entailed strip old felt and facias on both rooves, add new roof timber with additional slope to improve drainage, new UPVC facias and gutters, and refelt with 3 layer pre-bitumened felts with new lead flashing to house walls.The work was carried out very satisfactorily by 4 workers over 3 days, again with only slight delays due to rain...I also asked Clayton about my attic as it was showing signs of leaks in the attic and inspection of my main tiled pitch roof identifed issues with the approximate 50 year old membrane, so agreed a second scheme of work to replace the roof membrane to latest standard, install new rafters and dry verges to front and rear.Again all details were quoted and when agreed Elite provided or arranged all necessary scaffolding, new membrane and rafters, reused existing tiles after cleaning (replacing a number of breakages) and new dry-verge as requested.All work was very good with the expected mess of removed products in both jobs all being cleared up and disposed of.Thank you Elite Roofing and Home Improvements Ltd.

Clayton came to assess my small flat roof back in April and has been very busy but has kept in touch and the work was completed to a high standard. Clayton is an honest and reliable guy and after having several quotes for the work I decided to wait for Elite. The reason being he was honest only quoted for the work that needed doing, unlike other quotes. I am glad I waited and the work has been completed professionally and I have no complaints. I asked if he could pop the guttering back together and he has done that at no extra cost and replaced two tiles for me. I have no hesitation in recommending Clayton and his team and would most definitely use them again if needed.

I needed a repair to the roof gable where the mortar had fallen out. Elite Roofing were perfect for the job which included removing the substandard mortar, packing and replacing with the correct mix. Prior to the job Clayton did a great job liaising with the neighbours to gain access to the property and ensuring the job was done professionally with as little inconvenience to them as possible. He was excellent at communication responding to any questions quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend Elite Roofing and will definitely be using them again! Thank you.

Elite Roofing Home Improvements did a fantastic job on our house. They worked quickly and tidily, despite some terrible weather, and their guys were very friendly so we were comfortable having them around our home.

Would highly recommend. Very professional team. Installed a new flat garage roof and, without question, sorted out another problem for me which was not of their making. Very pleasant company to deal with.

Having already used Elite on a tricky run-off problem on my own roof, (which was a first class 'right first time' fix), we chose Elite Roofing to do some repairs on my daughter's house.They replaced and re-set all of the mortar, ridge tiles and valleys on a 4 bed detached property roof.Once again, first class work, excellent customer engagement and very tidy on site.A great company with a 10 year warranty, and are proving very dependable.Totally recommended !

Elite are excellent. Clayton drove over on a Sunday when we had quite a serious leak in our roof. He quickly identified the problem, stopped the leak and arranged for the work to be done to fix said roof. Very professional and highly recommended.
