I am a recently retired hypnotherapist (trading as Dalgety Bay Hypnotherapy), and former member of the Advisory Council of the National Society of Professional Hypnotherapists (NSPH). I have attended a number of residential NSPH training courses and so have had good opportunities to assess him, both professionally and personally. Hypnotherapy, like many professions is also a bit of an art. You need good training, (which he has), but you also need that something extra" that makes you good at it. I have no hesitation in recommending Stuart."

I had a session with Stuart to help me deal with pain I was having in my neck and head. Before my session I was a little apprehensive about hypnotherapy, as I didn't know exactly what to expect. I needn't have worried as Stuart put me at ease, helped me to relax and helped me deal with the pain. Stuart provided great service to treat my arachnophobia in several sessions. As well as dealing with my phobia, we discussed other issues such as confidence, attitude and anxiety.
