Rapid loading as always could do with better waiting facilities or area tho

not a company worth working for or buying from. as a previous employee i have seen how products are handled when sending to customers. any product a customer receives in white packaging with a sticker on to indicate what it is shouldn’t buy. they literally put any pillows or duvet inside the bag and just stick any sticker on and then charge the customer more. so you could buy a john cotton relax duvet or a john cotton touch of luxury duvet, they are both the exact same duvet but charged at different prices. as you can see in the picture attached this duvet gets sold as 5 different names, each at different prices even though it’s the same thing only difference is the sticker that gets stuck on to it. they do same with pillows, send the cheapest pillows to customers and charge them for more. unfair for customers as they are literally doing this for almost any product they sell in packaging like this. some duvets and pillow protectors get care labels ripped off and a new one stuck down so the customer thinks they have received what they wanted but in reality they have been tricked. staff get treated like robots working there, expecting more work to be done than what they pay staff. only best bet you have of working there is if you can speak a foreign language or if you are related to management. avoid getting involved with this company better off buying elsewhere where your pockets won’t get robbed. if there was an option for no star that’s what it deserves because it’s not even worthy of 1 star.

Like the concept of the Earth kind brand. Pillows bought = good quality and so much better than your average pillow, just need to remember to plump everyday.
