SCAM STAY AWAY!!!Purchased a pair of headphones for £400 which were never delivered, waiting 2 months. Refund was never received despite multiple attempts asking for this. I dealt with Karan Dubb who not only failed to provide any reasonable explanation for no delivery but also scammed me by asking for an additional £50 for a ‘double refund’ with no intent to actually return money to my account. The company operates on gumtree, advertising apple products under the seller previously as Kaniphrom Senoo and has now changed to Sasha Bell. Be aware the company sells products under Direct iPhones LTD, XXI group. Look at the other reviews below - multiple people have been scammed. The employees have also asked me to take down my reviews multiple times each time saying they would refund but never have.

SCAM STAY AWAY“Bought” some AirPods Max from these as soon as I sent the money they said they hadn’t received the money & kept delaying me with excuses. Customer service isn’t a thing with this ‘company’. 3 weeks on I’m £400 down and had been ignored for weeks. Was contacted out the blue to solve this issue. They ‘processed’ a refund but aslong as I took down my review. I argued my points against them but they just kept ignoring them saying I wasn’t “cooperating with them” This isn’t a company it’s a scam so please Stay away at all costs, save yourself the hassle

CCJ filed for Debt. SCAMMER STAY AWAY! Be aware of the other companies this scammer operates.Any truthful and real reviews are being deleted to blind future customers. Trust your gut instinct and DO NOT ORDER from this “company”.It’s been 40+ days, no order, no sign of a phone, no money refunded. 0 communication from the company once they received funds; you will have to constantly chase only to be met with verbal abuse. Not a scintilla of customer service or credibility. Aggressive and threatening behaviour, lying about everything possible and ultimately refusing to complete all the necessary steps required of a company to arrange a refund for goods they failed to fulfil. Anyone you do manage speak to is as useful as a wheelchair with pedals - people that are not equipped in the slightest to deal with any possible customer service enquiries. Please save yourself the turmoil. I only write this wishing to save other people from the suffering I have had to endure. I will be pursuing appropriate legal action to get my money back and to stop this from happening to anyone else.There are plenty of legitimate companies offering the same service with staff that possess experience, intellect, eloquence and self awareness. I urge you to take your business to any of these places instead. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
