Rita at Envisage at Cannon Park, Coventry was very helpful from the get-go. Pete visited our home to take the photo and the wealth of property sales and marketing knowledge that these two people have is vast. We knew then that we were in good hands. We chose not to do the viewings ourselves and at every viewing we were given enough notice before the viewing and feedback afterwards. Once we had secured an offer and proceeded forward to a completion date a week before our sale fell through, after a phone call with Rita and then her speaking to our buyer she managed to get the sale back on track and we completed as scheduled at the end of the week. For this we can not thank Rita enough and would recommend Envisage Sales and Lettings.
